UHS Group are delighted to announce the start of a strategic partnership with AndCo to further boost their presence in the co-working and hospitality market.
How AndCo Works…
AndCo partners with the most exciting hotels, restaurants and bars in London, Bristol and soon to be the rest of the UK. They then offer it as a co-working space with independent fast and secure WIFI. The venue receives 100% of the upsell of F&B.

The partnership
AndCo saw UHS as the perfect contract furniture manufacturer to partner with, as their design-led products fit multi-purpose environments at surprisingly affordable prices. AndCo member hotels, restaurants and bars will receive discounted furniture to encourage them to sign-up to the AndCo platform.
George Etcell, who heads up hotel and commercial markets at UHS Group said “The requirement for co-working environments in Hotels is in huge demand, and the service AndCo are offering meets this in every way. We look forward to furnishing it’s venue members as part of their platform.”

The trend
In recent years the lines between hospitality and commercial environments have blurred, which has seen a huge growth in UHS’s presence in workspaces. Bringing hospitality trends into workplaces and co-living venues has attracted brands such as Knotel, Your Studio, Mindspace, Techspace, The Collective, Get Living, Convene, Deskeo, Ahoy Berlin, Talent Garden, Coppernico and Tipi to work with UHS in recent months.
