Hospitality Sector – Are Customers Loyal And Staying With “Trusted” Brands?

POSTED ON: Friday 01, 2017

Everyone’s got a favourite restaurant or type of food – for me it’s got to be Italian, so whenever I’m looking for somewhere to eat, I’ve always got my eye out for an Italian restaurant. I also like looking for somewhere new and whenever I hear about a new restaurant opening up I like to make the effort to give it a try. Research has shown that customers aged 18-25 are the biggest “explorers” at trying new dining experiences.

This could explain why traditional nightclubs, such as Pacha in London Victoria, are starting to close down, as there has been a change in the experience customers are looking for. These traditional nightclubs are being replaced by competitive drinking areas, such as Bounce in London, where people can play table tennis whilst drinking. Pretty cool!

Brands must engage with customers to keep them loyal, and innovate to meet their ever-changing expectations in this fast-moving industry.
